L’oca Quality Market

L’oca Quality Market is a high-end grocery store and food experience, including a bakery and two restaurants/ bistros offering italian and local dining. 

The landscape design reflects the quality of the market - the parking lot is lushly planted using trees, shrubs and perennials with every corner taken care of, setting L’Oca clearly apart from the ubiquitous parking lots. A covered walkway connects the liquor store with the main building and is used for various displays. L’Oca’s trademark and logo is a large, over life size goose  -  which inspired the design team to stencil it’s footprints into the concrete at the entrance areas - playfully hinting at the goose waddling into the store.
